Born in the 1950s in Pretoria, specifically Lady Selborne, Chipane’s upbringing spans across different areas including Mamelodi, Ga- Rankuwa, and currently residing in Centurion, South Africa.
His educational background includes a BA (Hons) degree and teaching from various institutions including the University of South Africa (UNISA), Rand Afrikaans University, and Wits Business School, among others.
